Music & Mugwort

Join us for an evening of mugwort and music hosted by Shamanic Herbalist Elle Chaska.

Have your mugwort tea, pens and coloured pens / pencils ready for a somatic journey with Master of the Viels, Madam Mugwort.  (see below for brewing / foraging instructions)

Followed by an evening of song in honour of the ancestors with some incredible live music from:

Suggestions for setting up for ceremony

Create a comfy place for you to journey - light some candles - create an ancestors altar with some offerings and photos of those that have passed over.

Make some mugwort tea - ideally you can forage this yourself - watch the videos on Mugwort foraging - then use 1-2 tsp of dried plant extract to make a tea  - pour over boiling water and leave to infuse for 5 mins.

If you cannot source mugwort drop me a message as I have plenty dried or you can also easily purchase from local herbal shops.  ideally though you can forage your own so you can form a connection with the plant - ask permission and make an offering when harvesting and speak your intentions to the live plant.
